基本使用:
$ java -jar <path>/plantuml.jar -charset UTF-8 $file

环境变量:
PLANTUML_LIMIT_SIZE: 默认4096
可手动修改:
$ set PLANTUML_LIMIT_SIZE=8192
or
$ setenv PLANTUML_LIMIT_SIZE 8192
or
$ java -DPLANTUML_LIMIT_SIZE=8192 -jar /path/to/plantuml.jar ...
